I am so delighted to be one of the eight people awarded the 2024 Prague City of Literature Writers' Residency. This means I get to spend May and June 2024 living and writing in Prague. I'm going to be working on a queer YA novel set in Prague in the summer of 1989. I'll be writing about the fall of East Germany, the music of AntonÃn Dvořák, East meeting West, love and hope.
